Published proof
A track record clients can examine.
Track-record figures are published by InnoFund and describe historic UK performance, not a promise of outcome. Trustpilot rating and review count are independently published and may change.
Extend your expertise
A specialist team.
On terms that work for you.
Your clients trust you to recognise when an opportunity—or a risk—needs closer attention. You do not need to become an R&D scientist, capital allowances surveyor or HMRC dispute specialist to help them take the next step.
We work with accountants, tax consultants, business advisers, financial advisers, legal professionals and networks. The starting point is your client’s need and the role you want to play, with scope and communication agreed before delivery.
Three ways to work together
Add expertise.
Keep the relationship clear.
01
Work alongside your team
You retain an active role in the engagement. We contribute the agreed technical, tax or specialist work, coordinating evidence requests and sharing findings so the advice fits the wider client relationship.
02
Refer a specialist project
Introduce a client who needs support outside your team’s capacity or specialism. We can manage the agreed project directly, with the client’s authority and an agreed approach to keeping you informed.
03
Bring us in for a defined question
Use a targeted eligibility assessment, claim review, property review, IP discussion or response to an HMRC enquiry. A partnership can start with one issue; it does not have to mean outsourcing the whole engagement.
Recognise the right moment
You spot the need.
We help scope the response.
A client investing in difficult development work may need an R&D assessment. A profitable product with relevant IP may prompt a Patent Box discussion. A property acquisition or refurbishment may call for a capital allowances review.
And when an HMRC letter arrives, your client may need technical and compliance specialists working together. You can bring us in to assess the issue, without having to decide the full scope of support before the first conversation.
A clear working relationship
Agree the arrangement.
Then get to work.
01
Start with a conversation
Tell us about your practice, the client need and how involved you want to be. An initial discussion can be anonymised.
02
Define responsibilities
Agree the services, who engages whom, the fee basis, client permissions and how information will be shared. Any referral arrangement is discussed explicitly.
03
Coordinate the delivery
Introduce the relevant specialists, set the evidence requirements and agree client contact and progress updates.
04
Close the loop
Explain the findings and next steps. Keep the outcome connected to the wider advice you provide, within the agreed scope and client permissions.

Questions before we work together.
Agree the relationship before the work begins. A first conversation can clarify the scope, responsibilities and fit.
Book a consultation arrow_outwardDo we have to hand over the client relationship? add
No. We can work alongside your team or manage an agreed specialist project directly. We establish the client-contact arrangements and responsibilities before work begins.
Can we keep preparing the accounts and tax returns? add
Yes. Specialist work can sit alongside your existing accounting and advisory engagement. We agree what information and outputs your team needs, and who is responsible for any submission.
Do you offer referral fees or partner arrangements? add
We can discuss different commercial arrangements, including introducer terms where appropriate. We agree fees, any referral arrangement and disclosure requirements explicitly, rather than assuming one model suits every practice.
Can you review work already prepared? add
Yes. A targeted review can examine a particular eligibility question, the technical evidence, expenditure or an enquiry response. We agree the scope before representing that work as reviewed.
Can we discuss a client without sharing their details? add
Yes. An initial, anonymised discussion is a useful way to establish whether we can help. Identifiable records should be shared only once the appropriate client permissions and arrangements are in place.
